In close collaboration with the CORE Architectures agency, the studiokokumi has restructured the interior of a Parisian apartment in an assumed minimalist spirit.

In the Clignancourt district, in the heart of the 18th arrondissement, the CORE Architectures and studiokokumi agencies have completely redesigned the layout of a 60 square meter Haussmannian apartment, and thus created an atypical home.

The architects worked on the colors and volumes by grouping the kitchen, bathroom and sanitary facilities in a black block. In the center of the house now stands an impressive monolithic cube. A daring choice, because this volume frees the living room and gives character to the apartment
Inside the cube, shiny black gives way to light shades. For the bathroom, the architects chose white waxed concrete coverings, while the kitchen is dressed in Carrara marble.

Contrary to the traditional Haussmanian style, the architects brought a resolutely contemporary touch to the apartment.
