On the outskirts of Beijing, the architect Steven Holl sign a major operation units. A city suspended in part, with aerial walkways and volumes cantilever.

Designed to 2 500 inhabitants, housing complex operates autonomously, thanks to a giant geothermal system providing heating and cooling the entire operation or 6,18 hectares. Offering generous outdoor spaces in the heart of the complex, the project combines residential and high density and green space. The operation was also awarded the prize for "Best Tall Building" by CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat).
