In Paris, many restaurants take us to settings that smell like summer. Here are three addresses with a summer spirit for a trip in the peaceful landscapes of the South of France, from the Landes forest to the coast of the Côte d'Azur.

Patrice Gardera: Marsan
The Marsan Hélène Darroze restaurant is a temple of gastronomy that takes place in a refined setting signed Patrice Gardera. Warm wood, sober palette and contemporary furniture invite gourmets of the capital to live a culinary and architectural experience with southwestern accents. At the request of the starred chef, Patrice Gardera imagines here a place of elegant sobriety and relies on natural materials and a marked work of light, declining the different geographical aspects of the Landes.

Friedmann & Versace: Riviera
The French architecture studio Friedmann & Versace, created by decorators Virginie Friedmann and Delphine Versace, imagines a decor with Mediterranean accents for the Riviera restaurant. For the new Parisian address of restaurateurs David and Lionel, the female tandem has created a summer interior that looks like a vacation home. The restaurant's summer atmosphere is reflected in every detail of the interior, from the choice of colors to the selection of beautiful materials, including the design of custom furniture pieces.

Simon Porte Jacquemus: Lemon Coffee
Located at the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées in the eighth arrondissement, Café Citron invites the South on your plate and in the decor, for the pleasure of the eyes and taste buds! Designed by the young French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus in close collaboration with the Maison Caviar Kaspia, Citron instantly plunges us into the special atmosphere of the first days of summer. The scent of lemon trees, the large ceramic jars, the light wood furniture, the bright colors, the straw rugs, the art of the table ... immediately evoke the memory of a holiday by the Mediterranean.
